So I ate sort of healthily yesterday, and I am today too. Sort of.

Yesterday my food consisted of:

Dinner: Pasta, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana and a bottle of orange juice.

Tea: A Sunday Dinner (which consisted of: Mashed potato, carrots, brussel sprouts, parsnips, peas, yorkshire pudding and pork) and a bottle of fizzy orange.

I also started my fitness on the Wii last night too. That went well, I guess. It didn't help that I had a headache about half way through it, but I continued to the end. In started with 'The Biggest Loser' game. Which set me up with my starting weight, and a 12 week program to help me tone up and lose weight. My starting weight is 60Kg, which may not be much to some people, but to a 4"11 person, that is overweight :( I didn't have chance to do anything else after that because my head started hurting more.

Today my food has consisted of:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and a cup of blueberry green tea.

Dinner: Poached egg sandwich, packet of crisps and a glass of water.

Tea: Roast chicken and chips with a bottle of orange juice.

I plan on going back on the Wii tonight again. This time I will start with the 'Broadway Dance' game, then maybe do a little of the Wii Fit, and end with 'The Biggest Loser'. Depends how long I have the living area to myself for tonight. (that's the only space big enough for me to use the Wii with the exercise games.)

I also have a mini stepper, which I may use when watching the TV some nights.
